By accessing or using Chips Content ("the Service"), operated by Chips Builder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Chips Content is an AI-powered news aggregation platform that fetches, summarizes, and serves curated news articles via a REST API. The Service includes the web dashboard at content.chipsbuilder.com and the Chips Content WordPress plugin.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or regulation
• Redistribute API keys or share accounts
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Use the Service to scrape, store, or redistribute content in violation of source publishers' terms
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure

5. Content and Copyright

News articles fetched by Chips Content are sourced from third-party publishers. Chips Content provides AI-generated summaries for informational purposes. Original article content remains the property of the respective publishers. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of aggregated content complies with applicable copyright laws.

6. API Usage and Rate Limits

API usage is subject to the limits of your plan (Free, Pro, or Business). We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if usage exceeds reasonable limits or violates these terms.

7. Plans and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

Chips Builder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
